Hello! Feel free to browse through the posts. Most are answers to questions we've been asked about Bulletproof Coffee.
We already have a Bulletproof Travel post, but we felt it needed updating. Zach recently traveled to Bologna and Venice to shoot, and we felt it would be good to post another blog on traveling Bulletproof.-- You travel more and learn new ways to Bulletproof better. This is going to be a quick post. Before anything else, read this post first if you're not convinced Bulletproofing while traveling is worth it. Bulletproofing requires a significant amount of pre-work, but like we always say, it is MORE than worth it. Here's a quick checklist we prepared to help you make sure you have everything you need.
Right before leaving (put post-it notes on the door to remind you to do this crucial step!!!), we take the frozen butter and ice packs and put it in a thermal lunch box. Any insulated bag will do. Put this in your check-in luggage. Zach's flight was a long-haul flight and the butter stayed put. Yay! 3. MCT OIL Our bottles are great for traveling. They come in 150ml bottles. For a long trip, just bring a few more. Don't forget to bring a measuring spoon! Eyeballing the oil might not be a good idea. 4. BLENDER
6. STEVIA
For the love of all that is holy, read this post. Do not use any other sweetener. Do not use stevia with additives like dextrose or maltodextrin or sucrose. Those are all sugars. AND PLEASE. NO EQUAL or SPLENDA. Those artificial sweeteners are classified under "kryptonite" in Dave Asprey's book. If you don't have PURE stevia, take it without sweeteners. |
AboutWe started this blog in August of 2015 to help out our friends who decided to give Bulletproof coffee a go, and it has since picked up the pace. So, hooray! Categories
